These terms are between you and Markus Davis, trading as Cheap Flights DMV ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at markus@cheapflightsdmv.com.

By accessing the site, joining the email list, or downloading a resource, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the service. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.

You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, and if you are signing up on behalf of an organization you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

We share flight deals, mistake fares, and travel tips departing primarily from the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This includes free downloadable resources and a free email deal alert list, with travel windows and booking links.

We are not a travel agency, airline, or ticket seller. We do not book, issue, or hold any tickets. Every booking is made by you, directly with the airline or online travel agency, on their terms. Fares change constantly and can disappear without notice — we cannot guarantee that any deal we share will still be available, bookable, or honored by the airline when you go to book it.

Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date so we can deliver the deal alerts. The email address you sign up with is how we identify you as a subscriber.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping content;
• resell, republish, or redistribute our deal write-ups or downloadable guides commercially;
• reverse engineer the service or circumvent any technical limits.

We own the service and everything in it — the website, the deal write-ups, the downloadable guides, the branding, and the underlying software. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own personal travel planning. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

The deal alerts and downloadable resources are free. There is no charge, no subscription, and no renewal. You can unsubscribe from the deal emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

If you previously paid for access, that access continues at no further cost. Refund requests for past purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Deals are published on a best-effort basis and there is no guaranteed number of deals in any given week. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Everything we publish is general travel information for your own research. It is not financial, legal, immigration, or professional travel advice. You are responsible for verifying fares, baggage rules, visa and passport requirements, and travel insurance before you book, and for your own travel decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost bookings, missed fares, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit to us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You can stop using the service at any time.

When access ends, member-only content is no longer available to you. You can ask us to delete your data at markus@cheapflightsdmv.com.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to the terms or to our pricing, we will let members know by email before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
